"Selected Tracks"

Audio recordings and renderings of music for promotional purposes, generally taken either from original soundtracks for media or from recordings of live performances.

Music which is provided on SoundCloud may be freely downloaded for general public consumption, but most of these tracks may not be used in media projects without permission from Ben Tibbetts. Exceptions may be made for those tracks which are also available on Newgrounds, because those tracks are licensed under the Creative Commons license.

"Stock Audio"

Royalty-free audio which can be purchased from AudioJungle for media- and/or live performance productions.

"Composition Portfolio"

Musical scores, recordings, and source files provided for promotional and academic purposes.

The Composition Portfolio provides music which was written for a wide variety of projects. Beyond the allowance of general public consumption, a single unified term of use cannot be created for this archive. Please consult the author(s) before using this content for any endeavors which move beyond the limits of general public consumption.

"Selected Performance Recordings"

Recordings of live and studio piano performances provided for promotional purposes.

Recordings of public domain music may be used freely for any project with permission. Recordings of pieces which do not fall under the public domain require permission from both the performer(s) and composer(s).

"Student Materials"

Supplemental materials for private students including exercises and explanations of concepts.

These materials, where exclusive to BenTibbetts.Net, may be freely distributed with permission.

"Interviews"

Short interviews with selected composers, developers, artists and writers.

These interviews may not be reprinted or reposted without written permission from both the interviewer(s) and interviewee(s).

"Films"

Amateur short and feature-length films.

These films may be freely distributed with permission. Those films which are hosted on YouTube are licensed under the Standard YouTube License.

"Video Games"

Amateur downloadable and online/casual video games.

These games may be freely distributed with permission.

"Artwork"

Amateur computer artwork.

This artwork may be freely distributed with permission. Artwork which is also available on Newgrounds is licensed under the Creative Commons License.
