It's designed to be used in conjunction with landscapes in Bryce, a 3D modeling and rendering program. To see the images I've made in Bryce, check out this digital art gallery. What City Generator does is create a random image that can be imported into Bryce as a terrain. This terrain will look like a distant cityscape with buildings of various sizes and shapes. Just run the software, take a screenshot, and save it as an image.
