Snapshots was formed "with the mission of providing arts access to students and the public by documenting the biographical history and musical performances of some of today’s greatest artists through film." This film is about Creed Taylor, the founder of CTI Records. In the 1960's Taylor brought a number of bossa nova musicians to record in the United States, such as Antonio Carlos Jobim and Astrud Gilberto ("The Girl From Ipanema").
