New Sounds Piano Concert

The "New Sounds" concert on November 21, 2021 was a performance of new solo piano music by students and local composers, ranging from children to adults and from students to professionals.

The event took place at Premier Music Academy in Round Rock, Texas and it was live streamed on Facebook.

I’ve got a bird that whistles,
I’ve got a bird that sings,
Even though that bird
Doesn’t have no wings.

I’ve got a son that warms me,
Warms me all the time,
Even though that sun
Isn’t really mine.

And I’ve got a wife who mends me
When I fall apart
Even though that wife
Doesn’t have no heart

I’ve got a bird that whistles,
I’ve got a son who shines,
I’ve got a wife who loves me,
I’ve got a song that rhymes!
